Initial discovery call is - FREE
Initial consultation - 50 mins -£40
Standard Session In Person -50 mins - £70

Smoking Cessation - £250 (one 2hr session)
Phobias and Fears would require Three to Four standard sessions.
All sessions can be in person or online. We can discuss this on our call.
The online sessions are just as effective as being in person.

By booking a session with Future View, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment.
• All hypnotherapy sessions must be booked in advance.
• A booking deposit fee (10% of agreed session fee) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If it is multi session deal then a deposit fee will be discussed when booking
• Full payment must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.
• Appointments not paid in full within this time-frame may be released without further notice.
• Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by email once the deposit has been made and a consent form has been signed. If the full payment has not been made 72 hours before the agreed appointment, An email will be sent to you stating the appointment has now been made available to others.2. Cancellation and Rescheduling.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.
• Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities.
• To support your progress and make the most of our sessions, I ask that you:
• Arrive on time (in person). Be ready by you camera/device (if online)
• It is especially important for online sessions that you prepare a quiet, private space free from distractions, to ensure your full engagement and comfort.
• Please note that sessions will end at their scheduled time, even if you arrive late. This policy ensures fairness and respect for all clients' appointments.
• Your commitment to these guidelines helps create the optimal conditions for meaningful therapeutic work.4. Confidentiality.
• All client information and session content are treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards. Set out by the ICO (information commissioner’s office). Data controller: Peter Irvine. Registration number: ZB9012135. Disclaimer.

Each therapeutic session lasts 50 minutes, providing focused time for meaningful progress.
• Initial Consultation.
Our first session serves as a foundation for our work together. We'll explore your challenges in depth and discuss the relevant neuroscience - how brain activity influences your experiences. Before we conclude, I'll share a dedicated MP3 recording for you to listen to between sessions, supporting your progress until we meet again. This initial appointment follows the standard 50-minute format.
• Ongoing Sessions.
Subsequent sessions follow a supportive, structured approach designed to help you discover your own solutions. We'll:
- Strengthen positive neural pathways to foster resilience and clarity.
- Revisit relevant neuroscience concepts to deepen your understanding.
- Guide you through a therapeutic trance to reinforce new patterns of thinking and feeling.
While the core structure remains consistent, each trance experience will be tailored to your evolving needs and goals. Over time - typically across several sessions - you may notice meaningful improvements in your mental and emotional well-being.
• Recommended Session Guidelines.
Treatment length varies by individual and concern. While there is no fixed requirement, general guidelines include:
- General therapeutic support: 6–10 sessions (though some may need fewer or more)
- Smoking cessation: One extended 2-hour session
- Fears and phobias: Approximately 4 sessions
- Public speaking or stage fright: Approximately 4 sessions
- Sports performance: Variable, based on individual goalsThese are estimates only. Every client receives a personalised assessment, and your treatment plan will be adapted to your unique situation.• Your Autonomy Matters.
You remain in control of your therapeutic journey at all times. You decide how many sessions to attend and may pause or conclude treatment whenever you feel ready - without obligation.
This collaborative, neuroscience-informed approach is designed to empower you with understanding, tools, and lasting change.
